We are very lucky to live in one of the most wonderful place on Earth: Italy!
Let people around the world discover the uniqeness and goodness of raw Italian honey, is a tribute to our Land, because we believe that it can contain the essence of Nature where Bees live in.
The variety of flowers that populate our fields and our forests guarantees a unique and particular habitat, thanks to their tireless work, the Bees are able to concentrate the characteristics of the world around them, within that golden nectar that Honey is!
We like to think that a single jar of honey can give life to a unique experience of approaching the natural world, because thanks to the sweetness and the aromas released, it is able to express the soul of each plant.
We think that by giving harmony and serenity to the Bees, in return they give us back a product that is as genuine and healthy as possible. We believe that the care and delicacy we dedicate to our work is also reflected in its quality and the goodness of the Honey: we only take the Honey once the frames have been closed by Bees (so they tell us when it's ready!), the honey extraction is mostly done manually, for the extraction we only use a low speed centrifuge, only the impurities are filtered before manual potting and we do not use any heat treatment (pasteurization, etc ...), in this way the organoleptic characteristics remain unchanged, guaranteeing a product as similar as possible to the natural one.
But it's not finished yet...
We always like experimenting new ideas and new combinations of flavour, to explore new Honey boundaries and create unique and surprising products! For example: have you ever heard of Creamed Honey? Or Infused Honey?

How do I use Honey?
Almost everyone in their life tastes Honey, most people like it because it is sweet, but do you know that there are many and with the most varied flavors? The curious ones will have tasted different, high or low intensity, bitter, sour, neutral and many more...but, apart as a sweetener, how can it be used? I know, Honey, gives a little more sweetness to life, but why is it believed to be much more than just "sugar"?
In this modern age we have forgotten how extraordinary this gift of Nature is...but, going back in time, the great civilizations of the past believed it to be a very important food, a unique and fundamental source of nourishment, with incredible characteristics to use it often even at sacred rituals!
There are so many honeys and ALL give their best using them in the right way: the organoleptic components, volatile substances and nutritional characteristics are much more complex than "sugar" and can really give that extra particularity in the kitchen, pastry, sport, self-care, relaxation and much more ...
